CircleCI build job for the new repository

The following screenshot shows that the CircleCI build passed:

Here are the steps in the build job:

Notice here that there is an additional step called Spin up Environment. This step creates a new build environment and, for our build in particular, it creates a Golang Docker image and then sets some CircleCI-specific environment variables.
