When you go to Azure Portal and open your Azure Storage instance, you can find the Files blade. It is very similar to the one that will be discussed for Blob Storage. It displays a list of available file shares, as seen in the following screenshot:
From this screen, you have the ability to create a new one by clicking on the + File share button. The important thing here is the value of the Quota field—it determines the maximum capacity of a file share.
The maximum value for the quota of a file share is 5,120 GB.
