As I described previously, with Azure Logic Apps you are able to also integrate with on-premises services such as different database systems (Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server), business analytics systems (Teradata), or file systems.
To access on-premises data, you will have to create a resource called an on-premises data gateway. Instructions about how to do so can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/logic-apps-gateway-connection.
