Extending Total Site Methodology to Address Varying Energy Supply and Demand

Abstract:

Reducing CO2 emissions could be achieved by maximising heat recovery and increasing the share of renewables in the primary energy mix. Process Integration (PI) can be used for facilitating this and maximising the efficiency of the resulting systems.
