A Future for M-Learning

To talk about the future of m-learning, several things are required: we must establish the “now,” look at the trajectory, and then make inferences about the future. There are some interesting opportunities on the table, including what was mentioned as ubiquitous learning in Chapter 1, but also more. When we have ubiquitous information, what will learning interventions look like?

The path to be taken begins by examining the nature of mobile devices, including the breadth and depth of offerings, and their relative growth rates in usage.
