Abstract

Laser processes represent one of the key technologies of the next decades for manufacturing flexible organic electronics. This chapter first provides some basic knowledge on laser–matter interaction and describes the industrial laser sources and beam shaping systems suitable for these applications. Then, the main laser processes that can be used for manufacturing flexible organic electronics are presented.
