Integrated printing for 2D/3D flexible organic electronic devices

Abstract

This chapter reviews the use of inkjet printing technologies in the manufacture of 2D and 3D flexible organic electronic devices. It discusses the principles and technologies in inkjet printing and electronic inks. It then describes how inkjet printing can be used to manufacture components such as capacitors, inductors, resistors, vias and antennas.
