CHANGING AN ORGANIZATION’S culture is difficult work. It requires getting at the intangible aspects of an organization, as well as its overt actions and policies. A comprehensive OD approach is required for a true transformation, one which brings new values and goals to all levels of the organization and positions them not as discrete “programs” and “best practices,” but as a Way of Life.
