WITH THE GLOBAL economy in turmoil and questionable leadership practices pervasive, people wonder when will the economy turn around and real leadership surface in the headlines. The more I hear about companies and associated financial systems in financial trouble (Cebon, 2009), the more I ask myself what happened to cause so many good companies to become financially stressed.
