3.2. THE RESONANT LEADERSHIP FOR RESULTS PROGRAM

3.2.1. Overview

The overall Program involved three, five-day sessions, scheduled approximately eight weeks apart, with intersession work conducted in regional teams (see Figure 3.2). There were 80 to 140 participants and ten to twenty local facilitators in each Program in South Africa and in Cambodia.

The basic plan was straightforward: First, we would engage in diagnostic processes to identify key issues related to HIV and AIDS, leadership practices and cultural norms relevant to the issues, and to the design of a leadership program.
