17.3. TEACHING SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS TO BE MORE EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT

This section of the chapter describes the EI training program developed based on the results from the OPC study to assist principals and vice-principals to develop the skills necessary to effectively do their jobs. The development, delivery, and assessment of the program represented a joint venture among four school boards in Ontario, Trent University, and Learning Ways Inc.
