14.8. SI AND EQ PROFILING: GROUNDING THE ACTION STEPS FOR PRACTITIONERS

Taken together, what constitutes SI from the perspective of an EI assessment< We now know that within the UNIFIED Approach SI comprises two aspects, namely (1) a score in the interpersonal domain on the EQ-i® that indicates high-effective functioning, and (2) a good balance between Social EQ (SEQ) and Personal EQ (PEQ). From a practitioner's standpoint, we are interested in instances when (and how) individuals and groups deviate from this scenario, as this is where our value and contribution lie. In other words, practitioners interested in SI stand on alert when any one or more of the following occurs:
