14.8. SI AND EQ PROFILING: GROUNDING THE ACTION STEPS FOR PRACTITIONERS
Taken together, what constitutes SI from the perspective of an EI assessment< We now know that within the UNIFIED Approach SI comprises two aspects, namely (1) a score in the interpersonal domain on the EQ-i® that indicates high-effective functioning, and (2) a good balance between Social EQ (SEQ) and Personal EQ (PEQ). From a practitioner's standpoint, we are interested in instances when (and how) individuals and groups deviate from this scenario, as this is where our value and contribution lie.
