3.3. MAKING CHANGE SUSTAINABLE: A SYSTEMS APPROACH

In our experience with both corporate clients and in communities, we have found that truly sustainable change happens when leaders inquire, focus, and intervene simultaneously on more than one system level. Therefore, we designed the Program to include individual leadership development, collaborative learning and work in groups, and action learning projects that were conducted in the larger communities.
