Because the BarOn EQ-i® and MBTI® tools provide a focus on development, the linkages between the personality types (sorted by the MBTI®) and the scores on BarOn EQ-i® scales provide useful clues for coaches and trainers. Table 11.5 provides the typical highs of the types on the Bar-On tool results. Coaches are encouraged to review these patterns and the suggested best learning strategy for working with the types (Table 11.6) as they select their coaching and training strategies.
