Carlos woke up bright and early. It was Monday morning and he was already excited about his day. His mind was racing, trying to solve a complex puzzle at work. He was developing a new system for his company's website. He had thought of a novel way to track visitors to the site and customize information packets specific to their indicated interests. The website had a history of poor ratings on its effectiveness, and Carlos and his team had been turning it around with huge increases in customer ratings for responsiveness.
