11.5. EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT BEHAVIOR ARRAY

One hundred and twenty years after Darwin's insights, Reuven Bar-On, among a small group of researchers, would provide additional evidence that the management of emotions, especially under stressful circumstances, is essential to individual effectiveness. His model includes scales related to behaviors or perspectives in these dimensions: intrapersonal, interpersonal, adaptability, stress management, and general mood (Bar-On, 1997).
