High achievers in any organizational context have a very specific need and context for their work on emotional intelligence. This chapter summarizes best practices in working with this unique group. Advice is provided on how to structure interventions that create impact. Case studies from three different projects are included to demonstrate emotional intelligence programs for high achievers in action.
