11.8. CONCLUSIONS

There is little doubt about the importance of emotional intelligence in enhancing individual effectiveness in self-management and interpersonal skills. Further, due to the complexity of the behaviors involved, practitioners may need a number of approaches to the topic to aid clients in gaining an understanding of how to explore their behaviors in deep and more meaningful ways.
