14.9. CONCLUSION

An individual's (or group's) SI can be numerically expressed and graphed in the form of a total SQ score. Similarly, his or her EQ-i® profile can be matched against each of the SEQ and PEQ profiles. This is conveniently available to EQ-i® users in the form of a report, called the AIR-Social. (See Fiedeldey-Van Dijk, 2008a, to download sample reports.) Depending on the match percentages and on what side of the SEQ and PEQ profiles the individual profile lies, practitioners can use either or a combination of both profile descriptions to plan and direct development and selection initiatives against the backdrop of an AIR-Social for that individual or group.
