Both Carlos' and Nicole's workplaces have participated in a BOEI survey. Carlos works for a company that we'll call Acme Systems. Their survey results appear in Figure 8.1.
Contrast those results to Nicole's organization, which we'll call Bounty Systems, seen in Figure 8.2. As can be seen, there are distinct differences between how these employees feel about their workplaces. I will highlight a few of the areas where the differences are striking.
