In this chapter we took you from the designer’s HTML code to a functional widget. Not only is our LoginDialogBox functional, but it’s also user friendly, and user friendliness is the key to building a great application. What UiBinder did for you was to make this straightforward and fairly simple to do by allowing you to bind the designer’s HTML code to your Java code with a minimal amount of work. In this chapter, you used annotations to bind widgets and stylesheet resources to variables and bind events to methods. And all it took was a few annotations.
