Your relational data model is now complete. Hopefully you've gained some insight regarding how business process modeling, E-R modeling, and relational data modeling all interrelate. You began the hands-on work of this chapter with nothing but an idea as to what a hypothetical lease management application might need to do to be functional. You've ended the chapter having constructed three different models representing three different aspects of the app and its database requirements. This soup-to-nuts approach should get you well on your way to designing and building your own databases. It's an approach you can take regardless of the development tools you use.
