The discussions and calculations presented in previous chapters of the Guide have concentrated on basic design techniques for premises wiring systems. The techniques were generally applicable to the design of branch circuits, feeders, and services for any occupancy. Wiring design calculations presented in this chapter demonstrate the use of the Code rules that apply only to dwelling occupancies.
