Step 2: Help Executives Create a Plan

Now that you've built trust and respect and understand their needs, it's time to move to step two: Help executives improve performance and increase productivity by showing them how to create a realistic plan. Walk through the techniques and strategies with the executives you coach to help them create their own road map to success.

Identify Goals

To help executives gain clarity and motivation, have them identify their top five business goals and top five personal goals.
