Valuing Quality
A company with a culture that values quality produces a high-quality product. A company that lacks this culture will not produce a high-quality product, because quality isn't the focus. If your company has a culture that values quality, your quality improvement effort will be easy. If not, talk to your CEO about the business impact of poor quality, and seek his support to improve quality overall.
