Active Directory administrators already somewhat familiar with Group Policy will tell you that finding what you need and understanding what's going on under the hood can sometimes be confusing. The interface used to create, modify, and manipulate Group Policy in the original iteration of Active Directory on Windows 2000 has led to numerous missteps and head scratching when people try to figure out why something isn't going the way it should.
