12.6. AGPM Tasks with Multiple Admins

At this point, you've now got a grip on all the major AGPM features. Between Check In/Check Out, offline editing, comparison reports, and so on, you're ready to use AGPM.

Well, that would be true if you worked on an island. But you don't. You work with other administrators.

In our previous example in this chapter, we assumed Frank Rizzo, who's in charge of the Human Resources OU, originally created three GPOs: HR GPO1, HR GPO2, and HR GPO3. Let's also assume that Frank works with the following people:

  • Sammy Cox: Sammy works for Frank. Sammy is the desktop engineer who knows the Human Resources users best. He is a good candidate for the Editor role, so he could request a new GPO (which Frank can create) and ...
