APPENDIX C: 360-DEGREE LEADERSHIP AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANALYSIS

As part of an ongoing Leadership Improvement Program, it can be very valuable to assess employees’ competencies in using acknowledgment as a tool for motivation, inspiration, and engagement of the people they lead. You may use this informal 360-Degree Leadership and Acknowledgment Analysis as a starting point.

The assessment will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It must be completed in one sitting. You may also send this on to your manager, a peer, and a subordinate with the same instructions to complete it.
