As the title indicated, this article is all about acknowledgment. So, why do I want to spend time on this subject? Because if you become better at the art of acknowledgment and use this skill more often, it will change your relationships with others for the better. This skill is especially impactful if you are in a leadership position. It will help you inspire your team, instead of just motivating them.
