We all know that time and money are very important to all motion picture projects no matter what the medium, format, story, or type of event being shot. Usually, however, the ultimate goal is to pass on all production footage to the edit team and have them piece together the final presentation. It is very important then that you provide the post-production crew with as much usable footage as possible, which means making sure that each take of each shot has plenty of start-up time and plenty of completion time.
