Of all of Google’s applications, I like Picasa the best. Why do I like Picasa so much? Because it does just about everything that a program like Adobe Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro does, but with a much smaller footprint (very small file size—very quick to download) and for free. Whether you need to fix bad digital pictures or just organize all the photos on your hard drive, Picasa will do it with ease.

Installing and Configuring the Program
