Duplicating and Cloning

We previously discussed that when you drag items from the Library Toolbar onto the frame, they are duplicated. Duplication is one way of creating multiple objects that are either similar graphically or have similar properties.

Duplicate is very good for creating multiple tiles that have the same properties and size. They are used in many cases in maps or for bricks and other surfaces in a bat and ball game. If you create ten duplicates of the same tile, they all have the same name and will only appear as a single object in the event editor.
