PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR GOAL ACHIEVERS

The purpose of having a goal is to achieve it. To achieve it, you need a plan and the power to implement it. We’ve already discussed power and its relationship with achieving your goals. Now we need to know how to put power to use through careful planning. And planning falls under the heading of project management—managing temporary activities to achieve specific goals within the fundamental constraints of time, resources, and performance.
