Enabling Gmail’s Vacation Responder
How do you handle your email when you’re on vacation? Some people like to check their email when they’re away; others don’t want to be bothered. Gmail has options for you either way.
If you’re one of those who really want to get away from it all when you’re away from home, Gmail offers a special Vacation Responder mode. When you activate the Vacation Responder, anyone who sends you a message automatically gets a response that you’re on vacation. You don’t have to reply to them manually, and you can throw away your worries and your cares until you get home.
