The rich have more of everything, except time.

The rich can't help themselves. They maximize. They know how to do it. And they do it for themselves. They do it to the poor: They don't always mean to do it, but they do create the poor. The rich pull investment, skilled people, and resources away from poor areas and target them in winning regions. The way they go about maximizing their interests generates poor people as surely as seed spawns grass.
