Andy Molinsky is an associate professor of organizational behavior at Brandeis University’s International Business School, with a joint appointment in the Department of Psychology. His experience working at a consulting firm in Paris in his early twenties inspired a deep interest in culture and cross-cultural adaptation, which he went on to pursue as part of a PhD degree at Harvard University focusing on psychology and organizational behavior.
