7.4. The Gender, Racial, Ethnic, Religious, and Cultural Climate

Sometimes, in true onion fashion, one layer of company culture exists for white males and another one exists for women and people of color, minority race/ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. Eric slowly began to discern that "the game" was different for him as an African American—and even more different as a gay African American.
