6.4. Systems Audits: Questions to Consider

A systems audit is a crucial part of a comprehensive examination of organizational bias. This is a behind-the-scenes look at your firm, from performance reviews and candidate pools to assignments and promotions. It's a look at numbers, but, more than that, it's a look at the actions taken by the decision-makers in power.

First consider these questions:
