The Level Playing Field Institute has an exclusive partnership with Project Implicit, a collaborative research initiative aimed at examining the thoughts and feelings that exist either outside of conscious awareness or outside of conscious control. The project's key tool is the Implicit Association Test (IAT), an online exercise (take it yourself at www.implicit.harvard.edu) that measures how quickly a person responds with positive or negative words to photos of people.
