6.10. Conclusion

The firm in which Eric, Miguel, and Kristen worked conducted its own bias audit. The reviewers were stunned when they came to Kristen's unit and saw, without a doubt, that the manager who had made Kristen and her colleague Mr. Miller so uncomfortable was a continuing source of distress.
