Miguel, Eric, and Kristen set a date to meet at their old haunt and plan their careers. This time around, they were actually looking forward to going into the office, a place where their unique strengths and abilities would be appreciated, a place where they wouldn't be pigeonholed into roles based on how they looked or where they came from, a place where they could finally produce and create at their highest levels.
