Each organization has a number of settings that you can tweak. In order to increase the security of your organization, you can require that members have to use two-factor authentication.
You also have access to an audit log for your organization. In many cases, you will have to ensure who did what. The audit log can also reveal if someone has gained access to your organization and tried to tamper with it.
