You have seen that the BPM life cycle involves multiple types of roles, such as the Business Analyst who models the business process, the BPM/SOA developer who adds implementation details to it, the business users who participate in the process as task performers, and so on. When it comes to administering the BPM runtime environment, there are two distinct roles that come into play.
