Map is represented with the 
icon.
To display a Map, you need:
- At least one geographical role in a Mark property (Detail, Color, or Label)
- The Longitude (generated) field in columns
- The Latitude (generated) field in rows
A Map is great to have a Geographical point of view. However, the biggest disadvantage of a Map is that the small territories are difficult to see. In the United States map, District of Columbia is too small to be visible on a Map.
When you display a Map, there are options to search, zoom, and select values in the menu in the top-left of the Map. The following screenshot helps find those options:
