The Circle Mark type is represented with the
icon.
You can use Circles in many different ways. Tableau always represents the values with a filled Circle. The big advantage of this Mark type is that you can easily use two properties: Color and Size, on top of the position of the circle, as shown in the following screenshot:
In the example, we represent every State with a Circle. The size of the Circle represents the sales, and the color represents the discount amount. With this visualization, you can see that:
- California and New York
