On the General tab, you can select the values you want to keep (or to exclude if you check the Exclude box). At the bottom, there are buttons to select all the values or none. At the top, you can choose between:
- Select from list, the default option, where you can select each item
- Custom value list, where you can enter a list of custom values to keep or exclude
- Use all, to keep all the values
