In this chapter, we have seen some basic concepts and tools to configure, and manage voice in Lync 2013 with some practical hints that should be really useful in day-to-day Lync administration. The next chapter focuses on an entire new role, the Persistent Chat Server. This is a powerful feature, often underrated, that can fit in many specific scenarios.
