Enterprise Voice is probably the most complex aspect of a Lync deployment. In this chapter, we have seen some basic concepts and tools to configure, and manage voice in Lync 2013 with some practical hints that should be really useful in day-to-day Lync administration. The next chapter focuses on an entire new role, the Persistent Chat Server. This is a powerful feature, often underrated, that can fit in many specific scenarios.
