PSTN usage records

PSTN usage records (we can find them in the Voice Routing tab) are used to create user profiles related to the call permissions. As we can see in the following screenshot, they are similar to an empty box, which we have to fill with voice routes.

PSTN usage records can comprise several associated routes, and can be assigned to different voice policies. The usage record will be usually related to a particular site or office. Finding a matching rule means that the user is allowed to call the number he or she dialed. As we said, we have to apply voice routes.
