Summary
In this chapter, we have seen some troubleshooting techniques and tools to resolve problems in five main areas of a FortiGate unit (routing, security policies and profiles, virtual domains, VPN, and high availability). We have examined the available commands and options to resolve issues with FortiGate services, because in troubleshooting, the use of CLI is almost mandatory.
