In the late 1990s, I helped start a management consulting firm called The Table Group that provides a variety of services to a wide range of clients in just about every respectable industry imaginable. From the beginning we adopted a simple and informal approach to serving clients that provoked surprising levels of loyalty and trust. This book is about that approach, which we call naked consulting.
